Insurance Licence Alberta What Happens If You Get Caught Driving Without A Licence Or Insurance Twice?

What happens if you get caught driving without a licence or insurance twice? - insurance licence alberta

I have in my car for about six months without a license or valid insurance. (I have the car, but my wife was insured and the driver's license), I received a letter to inform me about my next court date next month, a few days ago ....... and today I was caught driving the car back under the same circumstnces! I know I'm an idiot and very, very stupid not to my test, but money was tight, and ....... I have no real reason that I am an idiot. I could be sensitive to the informative answers please, as my wife is currently in a cycle of IVF and I was terrified that I go to jail at this critical moment in both our lives.

  3. Good driving laws vary considerably from state to state, so unless you say where you live, it is difficult to give an adequate response.

  4. Everything depends on the laws in the city or state and is trapped in me took a few years ago about driving with a suspended license at Rhode Iceland and punishment had to go to court and the principle of paying legal fees (I said I was from ... no defense) ... and, until recently I was in Arizona, without insurance ... , the day of the hearing and said he would pay the fine ... Luckily I had my new car insurance or would have been more finely.

Basically, all system dependent. If the police is not a barrier in place is a good chance you can get fines on both charges, but I would be careful not to be caught a third time for three strikes and then you could make a good lawyer must try to keep from prison ... may end up with community services.
